Hiking to a Waterfall | Empowerment Session

I love to combine hiking and portraits. Not only do we end up at amazing places when we hike, but by the time we end up at our destination, the vibe is more relaxed and grounded and it creates even more space for beautiful photos.
So for these photos, that's what Natalie and I did :) We hiked with our backpack full of dresses for about an hour to get to this waterfall, changed into these pretty dresses and then climbed barefoot across some rocks to get to these epic spot.
On the way back, we stopped on a rock ledge for even more photos. Again, we climbed through fallen trees and soft, loamy forest soil to reach the spot.
Did you know that walking barefoot on the earth actually decreases inflammation in your body and is super good for you? So hiking sessions like this are not only good for your mental health, but for your physical health as well! :D
